CEBPA MUTATION

CEBPA突变与细胞遗传学正常的急性髓系白血病（CN-AML）和良好的预后有关。然而，NPM1和FLT3突变也应在CN-AML患者中进行评估，因为并发突变可能具有预后意义。
CEBPA mutations are associated with cytogenetically normal acute myeloid leukemia (CN-AML) and a favorable prognosis. However, NPM1 and FLT3 mutations should also be assessed in CN-AML patients as concurrent mutations may have prognostic implications.
