RUNX1 MUTATION

RUNX1突变与急性髓细胞白血病或成人T细胞急性淋巴细胞白血病患者预后不良相关。在年轻的AML患者中，完全缓解时的同种异体干细胞移植比高剂量阿糖胞苷的重复周期更能提高无复发生存率。
RUNX1 mutations are associated with poor prognosis in patients with acute myeloid leukemia or adult T-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia. In younger (\u003c60 years old) AML patients, allogeneic stem cell transplant at complete remission led to much better relapse-free survival than repetitive cycles of high-dose cytarabine.
